Senator Binos D. Yaroe today paid a courtesy call to the Palace of HRM Murum Mbula Bwaltam Biyapo. He thanked His Royal Majesty for the hand of fellowship extended to him and for conferring a traditional title on him. Meanwhile, His Royal Majesty Bwaltam Biyapo the Murum Mbula thanked the senator for being close to his people and for executing so many projects in the kingdom. He further told the senator that the title given to him was received from God, he was just to deliver the message, explaining, that the monarch told the senator that he had been given a traditional title the “YILGAR MBULA” Meaning, “The Shepherd of Mbula”
